GC5890C Gas Chromatography

GC5890C is a new generation of domestic GC which adopts the micro-computer keypad operation system. It equips a large LCD screen that displays intuitively and easy to use, with effective cost and excellent performance.

GC5890C is widely used in the fields of dissolved gas in transformer oil, ethylene oxide in medical devices, coke-oven gas, pesticide residue, alcohol in the blood, natural gas, liquid gas, the TVOC of indoor environment, liquor component, high purity gas, and the detection of the solvent residue in packaging materials.

Description:


 


1.1 GC5890C has 13 steps temperature rising function that can satisfy the analytical requirements for multi-component samples.

1.1.1 The main control circuit adopts new integrated digital electronic circuit, and the temperature control can be precise to 0.01℃, with stable and reliable performance.

1.1.2 Temperature programming13 steps, heating rate: 0-50℃/min and increment of 0.1℃/min.

1.2. The design of column is further improved, which can make the equipment to cool down quickly. 

1.2.1 Besides the large volume, the GC5890C is a smart backdoor open system that can short the balance time for the system to stable after the temperature rising or cooling.

1.2.2 The temperature range of the heating furnace is+7℃-400℃.

1.2.3 The user can re-calibrate the furnace temperature and set the maximum temperature and the temperature balance time of the heating furnace.

1.3 The uniqueness and selectivity of the sampling system are enhanced. 

1.3.1 The unique design of the sampling inlet solves the sampling discrimination problem.

1.3.2 Two kinds of injection system can be installed simultaneously: packed column injectors, split/ splitless capillary injectors (with the function of diaphragm cleaning)  

1.3.3 You can choose automatic/manual gas six-way valve injector, headspace injector, thermal desorption injector, cracking furnace injector, methane conversion furnace.  

1.3.4 The function of dual-column complement not only solves the program drift caused by temperature rising, and minus the impact of background noise to reach the lower minimum limit of detection.

1.5 Kinds of detectors with good stability and high sensitivity for choosing. 

1.5.1 Two identical or different of detectors can be installed, such as FID, TCD, ECD, NPD, FPD.

1.5.2 FID is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning or changing the nozzle.

1.5.3 The detectors of high resistance single-column thermal conductivity have high sensitive detection and fast stable of the baseline (15 minutes to stable ).

1.5.4 The input signal can be enlarged in logarithmic amplification.
