Spare Parts

  • Unless otherwise specified, all instruments/machines after shipment have two years warranty. For non-human damage to the spare parts, free of charge during the warranty period, the customers just pay for the shipping cost; while for man-made damage, customers need to buy them and pay for the shipping cost.

  • Maintenance is essential to product efficiency, economy and safety. Kejie can provide the essential maintenance support to ensure your instruments operate efficiently and durably. Kejie s highly trained service professionals can investigate, diagnose and correct problems or provide regular check-ups based on the latest technical and safety standards.



  • Free training is offered in China, customers are welcome to our company for training. Also engineers & technicians are available to offer local installation & training service for international customers, while customers need to pay for the travel costs, such as air-ticket and hotel.
